Ian Barkley
Director, Victoria Letting
Ian has over 5 years letting experience and has gained the new legally required CIH Level 3 in Housing Management qualification. Ian also has experience in sales and has been both a tenant and a landlord in previous years. Ian worked his way up as inspector and inventory clerk to owning my own property letting Company and I’m highly motivated in everything I do. I take pride in producing an excellent quality of work at all times and always give 100% commitment to all areas of my work.
Jill Barkley
Director, Victoria Letting
Jill has an extensive background in marketing and media. Having started out as a newspaper journalist, and television producer, Jill has worked her way up through the media industry and currently presents a radio programme on BBC Radio Scotland. Jill has always had a passion for property with being both a tenant and a landlord, having managed her own properties, Jill, along with her husband Ian, decided to start Victoria Letting as they felt that they could ensure a streamlined personalised service, that they believe is missing from the current letting market. Jill will strive to solve any queries that you may have as soon as possible and make your experience with Victoria Letting one you will never forget
Annette Hanna
Business Manager, Victoria Letting
Annette has over 15 years lettings experience having gained an Arla qualification and the new legally required CIH Level 3 in Housing Management qualification. Beginning her career in Glasgow City Centre covering areas from Livingston to Ayrshire and having worked for both corporate and independent companies, she has worked her way from Inventory clerk through to Business Manager and therefore has knowledge and experience of the whole lettings process. As the lettings market develops rapidly and with ever changing legislation involved in Lettings, her knowledge and experience is constantly updated by attending CPD seminars throughout her career to ensure clients investments are protected and comply with the latest legislation. Annette oversees the fast expanding lettings department of Victoria Letting and her hands-on approach and passion for the Letting’s market has become an integral part of the team.
